Here are some frequenstly asked questions 

WHY SHOULD I BOOK WITH YOU?

You will have the advantage of securing your flight to Addis Ababa at today’s prices for your journey in 2007, and the advantage of paying for it in instalments.  

 

 

HOW MUCH LUGGAGE AM I ALLOWWED?

Your free baggage allowance when travelling is only 2 [two] pieces. The weight of these bags should not exceed 70lbs (32kgs) each, with a dimension of 62 inches (158cms), combined height, width and length. Baggage whose total dimension exceeds 62 inches (158cms) shall be considered as excess, regardless of being within the free baggage allowance.

Excess Baggage Rate: The excess baggage rate for travel is US$135 per piece, while oversized excess baggage to these areas shall be charged US$170 per piece. No exceptions. Child seats and pushchairs wheel chairs etc are exempt

 

DO YOU OFER CARGO SERVICES AND HOW MUCH we will try to accommodate all cargo request on a first come first served basis and on availability of space on board each flight cargo form Northern America is $6.5 PER kilogram, form Europe 4 euros per kilogram form Asia US$7 per kilogram

 

DO YOU PROVIDE SPECIAL MEALS?

We will do our best to accommodate special meal requirement and this must be indicated don the booking form

 

CAN I CHANGE MY TICKET?

You may change you ticket for a fee of US$200 subject to availability of seats

 

CAN I CANCELL MY TICKET?

Once you have booked your ticket you can cancel the ticket in 90 days less the $250 reservation deposit otherwise   a 20% penalty will be imposed and deducted for every 3 month period of part of

 

DO YOU SELL ONE WAY TICKETS?

No we will be operating charter flights and have to sell round trip tickets

 

DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?

At these prices we are able to offer 10 % discounts to groups of 10 or more

 

CAN I PAY IN INSTALL MENTS

Yes you can pay in instalments, you pay a deposit to secure you reservation  in the US and Asia it is US$250, in Europe it is 150Euros the balance is paid in 5 regular 90 day instalments

 

DO YOU CAHARGE ANY INTEREST

No it is interest free

 

WHAT IF I MISS MY INSTALMENT PAUMENT ON ITS DUE DATE?.

If you miss the payment when it becomes due you will have 14 days to send the payment in with a 50$ penalty failing which your booking will be cancelled and no refunds will be made

 

Passports

Please ensure you have a passport valid for the duration of your trip. (Some destinations require that it is valid for a certain length of time in general 6 months after completion of travel). You may also be required to obtain visa (transit/entry) for some destinations and it is your responsibility to do so. If you require any further information on passport or visa requirements, please contact your local Ethiopian Embassy of the country that you are travelling to.

 

Airport Taxes

Some airports will levy an airport departure tax, which is payable by passengers at the airport locally. Please contact your local airport office if you require information on departure taxes.

 

Health/Insurance Requirements

Immunization may be recommended or required for your destination or stopover points -please check your doctor. We also recommend purchase of adequate travel insurance for all overseas travel. Purchase of our designated insurance pans is a condition of carriage

 

Modification of Terms

Millennium experience tours reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice or liability. Your are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Continued use of this website on-line following any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

 

Conditions of carriage

The carriage of passengers and their baggage by air will be subject to the Conditions or Carriage of the carrier concerned. Please read IATA’S General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers & Baggage indicated on your ticket.
